Your criteria would basically eliminate all the social sciences, much of medical science, and even a majority of neuroscientific studies.
In fact, even physics would be impossible, as it rests entirely on non-quantitative (non empirical, non measurable assumptions), and stars from non measurable sensory experience.
It would eliminate the validity of Aristotle’s “flourishing,” (as well as everything else Aristotle wrote) and everything you wrote as well (none of which can be subject to measurement).
The method of measuring limited aspects of our sensory experience (which is basically the method devised several centuries ago which we refer to as “science”) was never meant to engulf all of reality. It’s an extraordinary method which has led to the development of technology and a certain limited understanding of the experienced universe.
