Well, then do you introduce awareness-independent matter (or physical “stuff”) that is not only not needed, but by definition, there can never be evidence for such stuff and it not only does not explain anything, it makes everything in the universe - from laws of nature, to any kind of order, to life, emotions, thought, consciousness, utterly inexplicable.

You need to have an answer, so you give the one that you’re attached to, even if wholly unwarranted!
