Well, i love that you’re so dedicated and stuck with it even when disliking it (hating it!) so much.
I’m still going to have to try a 30 second burpee. One of my friends (a few years younger:>) is a dedicated yoga practitioner. One of the exercises her teacher gave her was to spend one hour — ONE HOUR!!! — doing ONE sun salutation. That’s like 5 minutes just to go from standing to full forward bend.
