We have a cup of unsweetened Kefir and add Stevia and cardamom. WOW! BETTER than Lassi I've gotten even in high end Indian restaurants.

Our local Indian grocery has frozen chapatis - I've made home made chapatis and these are just as good (30 seconds in the microwave - 15" second on each side)

I make a microwaved egg/veggie omellette in 2'; add Mango Pickle and coriander chutney to the chapatti, and have the kefir with baked peaches or baked apples for dessert, with a variety of nuts and/or peanut butter and seeds mixed in. All incredibly fast and simple to prepare, delicious, healthy, and if I have a sweet craving, Lily's makes excellent chocolate bars sweetened with Stevia. You can eat home made food (yes, I know, preprepared chapatis and spice sauces but mostly) and love it. Brownies and ice cream are boring in comparison.
