This is so interesting. Jan (my wife) and I are developing a community at Mighty Networks. I was extremely doubtful of their advice at first, but I'm starting to get it: They say over and over again, REACH OUT - when you start an online community, start with 5-10 people, and have interviews with them, and most important LISTEN to their feedback.
