Thanks, that’s very helpful. In fact, I DO notice that when I UP my strength training routine, it becomes (slightly) easier to lose and maintain the weight loss.
Ok, today was aerobics (to which i added light weights). Tomorrow is strengthening routine (kettlebells and dumbbells). Let’s see how it works out; and I”ll try to remember in a week or so to drop a note!
