Thanks Roy. By the way, I DO recommend if there is increased urination (or difficulty peeing) — particularly if you’re over 50 — to check with your doctor as well.

But perhaps try a few days of drinking less (if possible:>)) and then report to the doctor if the peeing frequency is less.

For folks who are more ambitious, before you undergo any medical procedure (pills or whatever) to deal with urination, start a daily 30 minute-plus well balanced exercise plan (aerobics, resistance training and stretching, including exercise “snacks” frequently during the day) and overhaul your entire eating routine to include mostly whole foods, and a reasonable amount…..

Ok, now that you’ve gotten over rolling on the floor laughing, go ahead and get whatever pills you need:>)))
