Thanks! I used to eat baked apples all the time, and have forgotten about them
Try baked sweet potato with - get ready - cinnamon AND a small portion of frozen orange juice (yes, I know juice tends to be high sugar, but I'm talking about a teaspoon of it - if you like tart and sweet, you'll love this)
I got a bit tired of the effort, but for over a year I used to blend very well ripened plantains, mixed wtih cinnamon, a small amount of stevia, and sometimes walnuts or cashews, then bake as pancake batter (didn't work so well on stovetop). DELICIOUS!
And actually microwaved egg with defrosted frozen veggies makes an incredibly filling meal (I use only one egg and it keeps me totally full for hours). Add a bit of Whole Foods soy honey ginger dressing (I mix about half water half dressing, in the bottle, so it's available in a much lower fat version, ready to use).
For some reason, smoked tofu (I buy it, keep it in the freezer and defrost when ready for it) cut into 25 calorie pieces (that's cutting the store bought version into 9 pieces, takes about 10 seconds to do it) is the best appetite suppressant I know. I think I'm hungry for more, but then have one piece and realize I've been craving that "chewiness."
Finally, Lake Champlain "Spicy Aztec" cocoa drink. It does have added sugar, but if you use about 1 tsp it adds wonderful spice to coffee (brace yourself coffee lovers; I actually like Whole Foods instant!!! sorry:>)). it's an amazing treat.
On semi fasting days (800 calories) that drink is a life saver. I add 1 TB half and half, 2 tsp stevia, and a few drops of "Sweet Drops" brand English Toffee flavor (no added sugar!).
Have eating fun. Oh, and here's a great brief aerobics routine - I put it together from my favorites, including the Carl Sandberg exercises that Rip Esyltenn teaches; some warm ups from a Harvard Health publication, and a few more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xLlE7csP1KI
