Sure. By the way, in terms of learning drawing, I can see how I've held myself back a bit as a beginner by feeling somehow that doing comic strips, cartoons, stick figures was somehow not "artsy" enough.

I've seen Kamo's books of doodles (there's about 4 on amazon) for months and always thought they were impossibly cutesy and silly. But then a friend of mine - an excellent artist, close to my age (decades old:>)) put her first attempt at a cartoon on her Facebook page. I was so inspired I looked again at Kamo's books and realized she's teaching in an unusually creative way, encouraging us not to just copy but explore, improvise. And it struck me - I could learn by going through her books how to create cartoons to illustrate our courses on effortless sleep and effortless mindfulness!

Even if you've never drawn before, it's SO much more fun (I think, maybe I"m being snobby again????) than those adult coloring books. You get to color but with anenormous burst of creativity. And you can do it in coffee shops, at homes, to decorate gifts to give to friends (physical gifts or online animations). Please write a Medium article if you try this out and let us know how it works!!!
