Sounds great, looking forward to trying it.

One question on the math: if I'm understanding you correctly, you're recommending a one hour workout. But as I calculate the timing, including the drop set, the 60-90 second wait between sets, it seems like the total recommended workout would only take 30 minutes.

Are you including a warm up and cool down in that 1 hour recommendation?
