Since a lot of people may not benefit from this because of the trouble of working inside and stopping every half hour to go outside (having to put extra layers of clothing, dealing with rain, etc) - it might be useful to explore what you could enjoy doing for a few minutes in your own home or right next to your desk

1. Just dancing in place

2. 20 squats

3. 20 kettlebell swings

alternate, do some of these twice. If you happen to have room for a rebounder - you may find you start out planning to do 1 or 2 minutes and it's so much fun you do 5 or more!

In fact, I just took 3 minutes for a routine of:

Rebounder

Pushups

Crunches

Kettlebell swings

Pullups

my iPad alarm is set for 30 minutes from now, for another snack. I'm doing some boring editing, so I'm actually looking forward to the breaks!
