Really, is there nowhere you like to walk? Any parks, busy downtowns, forests, ponds, lakes, rivers, neighborhoods?
moderate walking is actually better for blood pressure than running and other high intensity aerobics.
I LOVE 2 minutes of swinging kettebells in the midst of the day. I can't imagine anything more boring than a 20-30 minute kettebell routine. I wonder if the idea that exercise has to be a certain amount of continuous activity kills it for you?
Have you ever tried any of the Qigong videos on YouTube? There must be one you can enjoy for 2 minutes (I love brief Qigong and find longer Qigong boring; my wife does a set for 30 minutes which I occasionally join in on for a minute or two)
Or try body rhythms (see Keith Terry or Alex Ostapenko).
Or any kind of dancing??
Swimming?
Juggling?
If you play piano standing for any period of time, you actually can work up a sweat.
There must be something!!
