One of the most frequent Medium writer son Keto lost 100 pounds on it, swore it was the best for everybody, but has admitted he couldn't lose "the last 10 pounds" on it. So I hear you (I did VERY strict keto for 2 months and lost about 1/2 a pound; my vital numbers were awful at that point too: BP went sky high) Keto folks always have the answer: "You were doing it wrong." There's nothing you can say. If you write out exactly what you ate and they see it's correct they'll just say "Oh well you must have an unusual metabolism" or something like that. They can never be wrong.

Anyway, I'd suggest intermittent fasting if you haven't tried it. 16:8 is a good start but you won't likely lose weight on it. I'm afraid I can't think of anything else but moving slowly toward alternate day fasting.

That can mean:

No food but liquids (caffeine and rooibos tea are VERY good hunger quenchers: I add powdered ginger too, which I find helps)

One meal a day, and no more than 800-1000 calories on the fasting day

OR you can do 5:2; 2 days of either the complete fast or one meal, but you won't lose weight as fast. Please write about it if you try it.
