More possible morning routines:
1. Wake up at 6:15, at the end of the most intense REM/dream period. Hit snooze button in order to have very vivid dreams to write down and reflect on.
2. Up at 6:30, to read something inspiring and practice effortless mindfulness for 30 minutes.
3. 45' exercise either HIIT+ resistance, or moderate rebounder (30' walk outside when the sunlight is brighter later in the day)
4. , eat, check news, notes from friends, work.
5. As many 5' breaks for exercise (kettlebells squats, dynamic stretch, improv dance, whatever), drawing, improv on keyboard, write friends, etc
well, that's the whole morning, not just waking up, but it's fun.
