It’s the April 2018 issue of the APA monitor. But I wonder if your view is that different from that of Dr. Rebel. Richard Wiseman, a psychologist (clinical and research) has already admitted the evidence for telepathy, remote viewing, precognition and psychokinesis is as good as that of any area of science.

He just doesn’t believe in it. He says (and has never given any basis for this) the evidnece for psi has to be better than any other scientific evidence.

And in fact, you don’t need statistics. If you’re honest, you know that it’s virtually impossible to explain within a materialistic view of things how I could know the exact location of a book in a 750 square foot apartment I had never been in; including on a bookshelf with over 100 books, the exact shelf and location, the cover design and author.

That’s enough to prove psi to any reasonable person.

But I’ve talked with “skeptics” (who sully the name of that ancient philosophy) who are obviously unwilling to admit any validity no matter what evidence. I gave this example on the Journal of Consciousness Studies forum, which had over 600 world class scientists, many of whom had many publications in peer reviewed journals.

Some were open minded but many were not. All accepted my challenge - assume the facts are true, can you explain it without using parapsychological explanations?

All but one tried to explain it as coincidence.

All but one. This was about 15 years ago and since the, I rarely enter into extended conversations with people who call themselves skeptics. I consider it no different from talking with a Young Earth creationist. Or the current speaker of the house, MIke Johnson, who insists Noah was a real historical figure, dinoasaurs were present when humanity was “created” 6000 years ago, etc.

The science is there. it’s indisputable. The example I gave you, if you’re sincere, is proof. So go ahead and tell me why you don’t believe in science.
