I'm not aware of anyone who denies order in the universe - profound levels of order.

Here's a question though:

If the universe is entirely non living, non conscious, and non intelligent, is there any explanation other than, "It just is that way" how this order arises, and how it is maintained?

In such a mindless universe, why don't laws of nature suddenly change, radically? What keeps them in their place - and is there any answer for this in a physicalist view other than, "They don't change because that's the way they've always been" - which, I hope, you can see is purely tautalogical.
