I tried all kinds of snoring remedies and finally found one that worked. It helped, but my wife has generally had problems sleeping.
So I said, "why don't we sleep in separate bedrooms?"
She was horrified, and it took me a long time to get across this was BECAUSE I love her not because I love her any less.
Now we both LOVE spending the evening together, I give her foot and back massages at the end of the evening, and then we retire to our separate bedrooms.
Since we're both meditators, it's like having a personal retreat both at the end of the day and early morning.
We work together 7 days a week (creating online courses now) so the evening/early morning retreats are even more welcome.
The solutions are SO simple and so wonderful - I wish every couple (male/female, male/male, female/female or whatever) could work it out.
