I"ll be 70 in a few months, and all of the "real" healthy things you mention are gold. It's not about fighting aging but loving it. Sometimes my wife and I will go outside to take a ride in the mid afternoon and just shout out, "I love being old!"

Exercise, (for fun!!!), getting outside, staying connected (in real life, not just cyberspace) to real people, learning new things (about to take up drawing for the first time, later this year - starting a video series challenging materialist beliefs in science, already set up with physicists and other scientists in the US, India, Europe and South America), and give give give - whatever wherever you can, at least smile if you don't have services or money to offer, but let your life be more and more one of giving as you get older - for the delight of it not to prove yourself virtuous.

Enjoyment, simplicity, caring, compassion, activity, learning, acceptance of aging - we've all known this for ages, but we fall prey to marketing nonsense.

Great article,, one of the best I've seen on Medium in quite awhile.
