I have to say, making clear the distinction between solipsism and your view (which to me is quite clear, but I've spent decades reflecting on this and talking with countless others about it) is probably an important first step.
Almost all your critics confuse your view with solipsism (to be fair, Einstein misinterpreted this view as solipsism too:>)
in any case, it's good if we can laugh about this very difficult topic:
There was once a professor giving talk on his view of reality. Upon announcing that he was a solipsist, a woman in the audience stood up and cried out, "Thank GOD." I thought I was the only one."
