I have a related question - looking for simple guidance, does anybody here know if Dr. Ludwig approves of the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate? He has coauthored studies with the author of the plate, and the plate seems to me completely consistent with everything Dr. Ludwig has written, but i hasn't been able to find a specific confirmation of his view - whether positive or negative.
