I got SnoreX for about $100. My wife said it was the first thing that completely stopped my snoring. Blood pressure went down too. (No, I don't get any money from them!). It took a week or so to get over the discomfort.

It's different for each person, but it's inexpensive (relatively) and worth a try, I think.
