I agree with the rest, one of the best on losing weight.

real, not clickbait.

Not trying to tell you calories don't count. "Burn more than you take in." There, now you have all the facts you need.

But it's not facts that do it, right? It's the nothingness of losing weight - no reward.

Fantastic!

Except that when you feel better, because you're exercising more and eating healthier foods and not so much that you feel heavy and groggy, you may feel better - just not guaranteed.

Still, great article!
