I actually think his later book, "When Panic Attacks" is the best. I've looked at a bit of his later stuff (and have also read Feeling Good) but I think that's the best. GREAT framework for CBT - add some mindfulness (which he admittedly does later) and it's even better. Add heartful-ness and better still!
