Can you supply some scientific data to help us understand why there are some people who follow a very strict keto diet but fail to lose weight (assuming for the moment they've followed it strictly, do not have excess caloric intake) - and with data that you consider drawn from studies conducted using good methodology?
For example, you've written previously that you consider David Ludwig at Harvard a reliable source. Do you think he's wrong about the Harvard "Healthy Eating Plate"?
