Hi,

I have some resistance bands I could use for this - I was wondering about alternatives.

At age 71, I do at least 3 sets (20 each), 5 days a week, of the following:

bicycles

dead bug (alternating leg lifts and arm raises)

pure body weight squats

goblet squats (with a 35 pound kettlebell)

1-2 days a week of 15 minutes HIIT on a rebounder

7 days walking about 30 minutes up and down some steep hills (we live in a mountainous area)

I love doing these - is this enough, or do I still need to do the knee extension? I don't have any knee pain or OA that I know of.
