Hey Brian:

Have you tried breathign exercises? The FDA has actually approved a device, Respirate, that teaches you to slow your breathing cycle from the average 14 times a minute (inhaling and exhaling 14 times) to as low as 5 times a minute.

now, I've written the Resperate people, who claim support of all kinds of research, but it turns out they've only compared Resperate to relaxation, and indeed, Resperate works better.

however, they haven't done comparison studies between using resperate vs learning to breathe more slowly on your own.

Which means you can save $300+ and learn for free. It's certainly not guaranteed (it's helped me - and I tried out resperate for a month and it did no better than ordinary slow breathing - lower it some but I still need a small dose of meds - but many people find slow breathing is enough in itself to get off BP meds.

I would recommend at least 15 minutes at a time, 4 x a week. if you feel you don't have time, you can do it before bedtime - you'll sleep better too.

if you right click on this video, you can have a long slow breathing exercise to help you get started:

(in fact, here's several very different kinds of breathing videos):

with Tibetan gongs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjSnBmR6Lqw&feature=youtu.be

and if you want to experiment with breathing and movement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOeVLJwI7F4

Write me and let me know how it works: www.remembertobe.life

Thanks!
