Great routine. Just want to add two of my favorite rotation exercises:
1. "Paint the ceiling" - your hands clasped, raise them straight overhead, then move in a circle (as if you're painting a circle on the ceiling)
2. Torso rotations. I love this one. You can start with hands on hips, and - to use the paint analogy again - imagine you have a paint brush attached to the top of your head and you're drawing circles on the wall in front of you.
To make it a bit more of a stretch, do the same movement starting with your arms above your head instead of on your hips.
(also great for exercise snacks - mini breaks during the day. I like (1) Paint the Ceiling; (2) shoulder rotations; (3) arm circles; (4) torso rotations; (5) hip rotations; then just dance it out, improvise. A nice 1-2 minute break.
