Gerald, I agree with your rejection of physicalism. However, you write as if everyone who has a theistic viewpoint would agree with your moral views. In fact, there are an astonishing variety of views. Those I've read, such as B. Alan Wallace, who have made the clearest case against physicalism, would not agree with your views on the law, on gender dysphoria, the dignity of non human life, and much more.
I also suggest focusing more on epistemology than ontology. Physicalists have no response to this, because the epistemology, wholly based in simple scientific evidence, particularly neuroscience, completely undermines physicalism without resort to quantum physics or any complex philosophy.
