for folks who hate exercise:
Walking's #1. Ya'll know that though, right?
Dance, swim, hike, etc.
Tried kettlebells? Start with exercise "snacks' - have a light kettlebell around, and do 20 swings (both hands or alternating one hand swings - watch some GOOD quality YouTube videos to get the right form or you'll get injured) I find them the most enjoyable brief exercise.
