For folks who didn't do the math, the recommended minimum of about 60 minutes a week is less than 9 minutes a day.

Now there's no more excuses!! Really get up right now, walk 4 1/2 minutes in any direction and then walk back. There's your daily minimum (or just dance like crazy for 9 minutes - who knows, you may lose sense of time and EXCEED the maximum recommendations!),
