Excellent and thoughtful article.
"Acceptance and Commitment Therapy" (ACT) creator Stephen Hayes recently wrote an article on the positive use of psychedelics for therapy.
I wrote a comment suggesting that regular access to lucid dreams would be far superior to drugs of any kind.
He correctly noted that nobody has come up with a way to help people gain regular access to conscious dreaming.
However I'm still hopeful (and am working on it!). Stay tuned folks - it will be an absolute game changer in all forms of therapy (physical as well as psychological) and education and science as well.
If anybody is interested, I can tell you in just a few paragraphs how to do it, but I have to add, at present, it takes a LOT of work and discipline.
