"Eat real whole food, avoid added sugar, avoid refined grains."

This is quite good. Categories instead of specific foods.

It's interesting to try to identify specific foods that ALL tribes think are good. If you include vegan and very low carb keto, your choices are quite limited:

FRUIT: A small amount of berries

VEGETABLES: mostly leafy greens, some non starchy vegetables

And a relatively small amount of nuts and seeds.

(I know there are vegan keto folks who might allow in a few starchy vegetables and possibly a legume or two)

This is utter lunacy!! So your categories are a very sane way to bring everyone together.
