Dave, do you know there are very complex, very well developed non-drug psychological treatments for ADHD?

I can't begin to go into the details, but typically it involves

1. Lifestyle changes (rhythmic breathing practices, healthy food, exercise, sleep, increasing social connection and social support, including engaging in more ethical, self-less service-oriented actions)

2. Training in attention (this ranges from mindfulness - which research shows can be immensely helpful- to various attention strategies not usually taught in "pop" mindfulness, such as the kind taught by Les Fehmi

3. Organization strategies (since "executive functioning - the ability to plan, make decisions, wise judgments, etc are often compromised in those with ADHD)

that's just a few. We don't specifically address ADHD but our courses and online videos all have brought together powerful attention strategies which have been confirmed by decades of research but which few people (including doctors and therapists) know about:
