"Compared to effective doers, procrastinators have differing brain structures and tend to be more anxious about possible negative consequences of their actions."

Because we've known at least since the birth of psychoneuroimmunology in the 1980s, and have had confirmed in thousands of studies, there are numerous disciplines (not just mindfulness but imagery and even sustained mindful critical thinking) that change not just the brain chemistry but the very structure of the brain, the above statement - impeding that procrastinators are stuck with a particular brain structure - is misleading.
