Andy, could you tell us something?
The box breath can be found in most yoga breathing books. Is there any SPECIFIC technique in the SOMA program that is not present in standard yoga breathing exercises?
I ask this because I also sell online courses which include breathing mindfulness and more. I feel like it's very important to let potential students know up front that there isn't a single fact or exercise in any of our courses that can't be found in a quick search on the net.
Why buy our courses? Because many decades of practice and study have enabled us to put these facts and practices together in what we think is a uniquely helpful way, worth far more than the small amount we charge.
Since I don't want this comment to be a commercial, I'm not mentioning any details about our courses.
I'd love to hear your response. Perhaps you might write in the context of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who makes a point of hiding his practices, but since I've heard about all of them from students of his, I see they are (like Sadhguru's as well) all common and easily available online.
