All good suggestions. I rely on a mixture of coffee, ginger powder, a little Stevia and (about 3 calories worth) pure cocoa.
Most mornings it works, not hungry till around noon.
However, I just wanted to suggest, for those who aren't sure about trying this, that I check in with what it feels like my body needs. Some mornings it needs something slightly more substantial.
That means if I need to eat breakfast, I'll have a small omelette or something like that.
But, it may also mean a little 1/2 & 1/2. Usually around 1 TB (20 calories, if you're counting).
