Agree fully. It really makes you wonder about educators who write scary articles about how teaching emotional intelligence is some kind of conspiracy to produce "woke" (the worst thing in the world?) kids? Not to mention those who say critical thinking is not necessary since the purpose of education is to teach children the "right" answers. Frightening stuff, isn't it.
