Actually that's not entirely true. 52 pounds in 52 days will probably end you up in the hospital. However, Michael Mosley has done a great deal of high quality research on his 800 calorie diet. And you're not supposed to do it for as long as 52 todays.

But you can quite easily lose 10 pounds in 10 days if you follow it.

Whether you can keep it off is a WHOLE other thing,

MOST IMPORTANT: YOU DON'T NEED ANY WEIGHT PROBLEMS, SUPPLMENTS, ETC. YOU CAN DO IT AT HOME FOR NO MORE THAN THE COST OF WHATEVER FOOD YOU CHOOSE - AND IF YOU'RE REALLY EATING 800 CALORIES, IT WILL COST A LOT LESS THAN WHAT YOU USUALLY SPEND.

Now, whether losing weight is a good thing, is also a whole other thing. Eat for health, not for weight loss. If your body needs to lose weight, and you're living in flow, in ease, in peace, in self giving and service to others, effortlessly mindful in more and more of your day, then truly truly this is a WHOLE different way of living.
