69 here - (is that elderly?)

one person's routine, FWIW:

resistance training 3x a week; 20' HIIT before doing resistance

light cardio - about one hour with a lot of dancing and improvising on the rebounder (leaps and rebounds brand - fantastic!) 3 x a week

30 minute walk every day

light stretching every evening; Just got Lexie Williamson's "Move" - BEST book on stretching I've EVER seen. And FUN - feels GREAT every time I do it, and been doing it for several weeks now.

Don't blindly adopt this or any routine - find out what works for you.
