3600 calories a day.

I've seen statistics saying this may be as much as 500-1000 calories more per day than even 40 years ago, much less 62 years ago.

It's true you don't HAVE to count calories - there are legitimate ways to eat a sensible amount of food without counting, and most people (nutritionists included) are just not that good at counting calories.

But I don't care if you're the most devoted keto person - you simply cannot out-keto your way out of one thousand extra calories per day.
